Entrepreneurs, company founders, and potential partners may often encounter business scenarios where the contribution or use of intellectual property comes into consideration.  Our approach advising and assisting clients with intellectual property matters focuses on structuring and compliance, including contracts and tax matters.  Our overall goal is to help ensure founders and intellectual property holders are aware of details that may affect them now, and in the future, and proceed with structuring intellectual property matter agreements more comprehensively and with greater confidence.
