The Bureau of Professional Licensing (BPL) within the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) recently informed of the new Accountancy – General Rules, effective September 29, 2025. These rules apply to the CPA profession.
The Bureau advised Licensees to review the rules and statutes to understand all applicable requirements.
