Kareyna Miller
Founder and CEO
Member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and participates on their Small Practitioners Task Force and conference planning committee. She is a founding member of the Association's Cannabis Industry Member Resources Group, as well as a Tax Section and Private Company Practice Section member with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to her CPA license, Kareyna is certified in risk and information systems control (CRISC), and maintains certificates for COSO Internal Control, Enterprise Risk Management, and SOC for Supply Chain.
Michelle Lanuti
Engagement Support Specialist
Michelle has been involved with the cannabis industry for many years. Michelle works closely with our clients and supports their accounting and review needs. Michelle helps our clients keep their METRC revenue reconciled, ensures invoices/expenses are entered correctly, resolves discrepancies, and supports clients through daily/weekly communications.

Isabelle Foote
Systems and Design Manager
Isabelle is an SVSU graduate with a bachelor's in Graphic Design with a minor in Marketing. Isabelle works mostly behind the scenes, maintaining and assisting in developing the Firm's systems and brand assets, overseeing design projects, systems documentation, maintaining our website & Team Space (intranet), and assisting in AFS Agreed-Upon Procedures engagements.
Noah Charbonneau
Accounting Systems and Design Intern
Noah is a current SVSU student with plans to major in Graphic Design and minor in Marketing. Noah works on a wide range of tasks and projects. These include graphic design materials, visual adaptations, updating our website & Team Space (intranet), obtaining system reports, assisting with workpaper setup, and accounting system vendor research.
Emma Wilczynski
Marketing & Business Development Manager
Emma is an SVSU graduate with a major in Graphic Design and a minor in Marketing. Emma supports the evolution of our marketing and business development strategies, assists with the design and management of marketing materials and campaigns, and expands the local presence and representation of our Firm and the services we provide!
Jessica McDaniels
Senior Associate
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from Saginaw Valley State University, is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and is currently pursuing the Enrolled Agent credential. Jessica brings years of public and private accounting and tax experience, including working with closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations.
