ABOUT OUR FOUNDER AND CEO

LEACIF was founded by Kareyna Miller, CPA with the intent to do things differently.

With an entrepreneurial drive that first began early on, and later traditional public accounting and business technology industry experience, the mission of LEACIF reflects these foundational aspects. The Firm’s mission is to provide services in a manner reflective of our core values and spirit.  We believe in moving forward an approach that supports innovation, creativity, process improvement, flexibility, and the unique value and range of services the public accounting profession delivers.

Kareyna is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and participates on their Small Practitioners Task Force and conference planning committee.  She is a founding member of the Association's Cannabis Industry Member Resources Group, as well as a Tax Section and Private Company Practice Section member with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.   She also speaks regularly on the complex issues facing cannabis businesses and their stakeholders.  Kareyna is responsible for leading both the strategic development and administrative management for LEACIF.

Kareyna enjoys hiking, wildcrafting, writing, and exploring Michigan's various parks and trail ways with her Golden Retriever Riley.  She values most creativity, individualism, and authentic personalities.
